1.5 type 2 Learning CEUs
CE cost: $20.00USD
Abstract: As behavior analysts engage the responsibility of shaping future practitioners to gain competency in the field of behavior analysis and grow a culturally humble practice, the need to generalize advocacy and affirmation to their personal lives becomes more applicable. True application of anti-racism work within one’s professional responsibilities must be accompanied by lifestyle and values driven behavior. This CEU event has been created to target a population of behavior analysts also impacted by US Military life. Attendants will learn about characteristics of white supremacy culture, understand how this relates to military culture, how their behavior impacts and reinforces problematic culture, tact specific complicit behaviors of oppression, and learn next steps for decolonizing private events which influence behavior. Eligible participants will obtain 1.5 Learning BCBA CEUs.
