Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI): An introduction to inclusive work practices & alliship accountability asynchronous training applicable for individuals or organizations.

This training will allow for participants to unpack topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Learning outcomes include basic understanding of JEDI content, including; bias & implicit bias, power & privilege, systematic racism, anti-racism, and basic strategies for creating affirming environments for identities which have systematically marginalized or underrepresented. Participants will learn to apply knowledge to both their personal and professional lives.
Participants will have access to recorded lectures, competency quizzes, and reflection questions. Each user can be given a login and will be able to download a completion certificate once they have completed the course.
