General DEI Training
General DEI Training is appropriate for individuals and organizations. Facilitators will cover topics such as gender expression and identity, biases, privilege, microaggressions, allyship, ableism and sexual harassment. Facilitators will discuss how biases and stereotypes intersect with personal worldviews and impact inclusion and access in the workplace as well as personal relationships.
Ally is a Verb: This training will discuss the basic components of Diversity Equity & Inclusion as well as help to conceptualize how microaggressions and privilege impact professional relationships and learning. This training will provide tools for fostering inclusive excellence as well as the continued work toward allyship.

Upstander: This is a Bystander Intervention training designed to provide a trauma-informed perspective for interpersonal violence primary prevention, power structures, toxic culture as well as outline practical steps for protecting targets of abusive behavior and preventing future violence.

Affirming Every Color Of The Rainbow: This is a Gender Expression & Identity Inclusion Training that will discuss tools for fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels seen, respected and valued. This training offers a visible message of inclusion, support and acceptance to gender sexual minority (GSM) individuals within a learning community.
