DEI Consultation is typically an add-on consultation service where TCS founders can provide direction in shaping company policies, documents, website, and marketing towards their inclusive values.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Mentorship
Ongoing and regularly scheduled mentorship is available for practitioners and professionals who want support in their journey towards advocacy and affirmation. Mentees can access weekly or bi-monthly consultation with one or both TCS founders to unpack implicit bias, privilege, discuss current events, and evaluate action plans. Participants will be given home assignments to support in their mission to dismantle systemic oppression within themselves and their environment.

TCS believes social justice belongs in all spaces and professional settings. TCS has offered company consultation and training for the following professional spaces.
Rape Crisis Center & CoaltionÂ
TCS provides general DEI training shaped to support the work of social workers and medical professionals who respond to violence based crimes and assault. The training was individualized to unpack misynogy, transphobia, and racism as direct links to violence based sexual assault.
Wellness & Yoga Studio
TCS provides mentorship, support and training for inclusive practices across gender identity, sexual orientation, and race. Particular supports provided on the impact of cultural appropriation and structured use of a platform for social justice and dismantling systemic oppression.
Fitness Center and Community GymÂ
TCS provides mentorship, support and training for inclusive practices across gender identity, sexual orientation, and race. Support in shaping behavior and policy that affirm the LGBTQIA+ community as well as consultation for inclusive practice as it relates to the transgender community. Training and consultation to unpack toxic fitness culture and promotion of health at every size.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Companies
TCS provides company wide consultation specific to inclusive work practices for staff and clients. Consultation from an intersectional framework of race and gender. Specific training on centering the impact on those with marginalized identities and unpacking white supremacy culture within practice and policy.
Social Media Advocacy Groups and Admin/Moderator Teams
TCS provides mentorship and consultation for social media groups who value centering affirmation and advocacy within their mission. Consultation from an intersectional framework which decolonizes the education and resources provided within each group has been valued across many social media platforms. TCS is proud to offer such a service for platforms which provides maximum accessibility via a global sphere.
